measurement reliable?
Yes,
it is reliable. MUE18T
has the calibration
standard. To
ensure the
standard is
consistent, we provide
calibration service for
our customers. Our
production instruments
are calibrated by ITRI
regularly. |

Why
is
the
measurement unit of
ultrasonic
pressure meter MUE18T not using
power W or the pressure Pa,
but AC voltage mVrms?
Regardless what
measurement unit be use,
if
the
measurement principle
and method are same as
MUE18T, they are only
measure ultrasonic
intensity in liquid.
The ultrasonic intensity
in liquid are
effected by two main
factors, amplitude and
frequency of vibration.
We
found that
the
AC voltage mVrms
used
as a
reference unit of
measurement, can be true
to show the
ultrasonic intensity in
liquid as well as its
relationship with the
main effect
factors. Also it could
avoid conflicts with the
law of conservation of
energy. |

Why is the higher
the vibration frequency
of the cleaners, the greater
the measured value of
the pressure meter, but
the electric
power of the cleaners are same?
The reason is same as
above.
Because the ultrasonic
intensity in liquid are effected by two main
factors, amplitude and
frequency of vibration.
Their relationship are
proportional.
We could
detect the ultrasonic
intensities in the room
temperature pure water
by hand for compare
testing. The greater the
vibration amplitude,
feel the more tingling; the
higher the
frequency,
feel the more tingling too.
The results are exactly
match the measured
values of the pressure
meter.
(Pay
attention! Don't put
your hand into
solvent,
hot
water,
or
water with high
frequency or high
strength
ultrasonic,
to
avoid hazards.)

What should be noted
when using ultrasonic
pressure meter to
measure and record?
Each measurement should
be carried out under the
same conditions as far
as possible, such as the
depth of the ultrasonic
pressure rod into the
water, the temperature
of the water in the
tank, the loading of the
work-piece, and the
operating current of the
ultrasonic generator
etc. It is recommended
to record these together
as measurement
conditions, These
results would be more
useful for the analysis
and comparison. |
