Check
the water level is
correct. |

Connect the power
cord to the AC outlet.
Check the supply
voltage is correct. Turn on the power.
The green power indicator is
on |

Check the output power
level is OK.
If need, adjust the
frequency fine tune knob
to eliminate the
temperature effect to
maintain the best
working condition.

The electric energy
output by ultrasonic
generator to drives the
oscillators produce
ultrasonic energy, which
is then transferred to
the water inside the
vibration tank to play a
cleaning function. If
the ultrasonic energy
cannot be transmitted to
the water, it will cause
damage to the
oscillators. Therefore,
the following situations
must be avoided.
[1]Power
on while no water in the
vibration tank.
[2]Vigorously
stir the water in the
vibration tank. If find
that there is no
vibration wave in the
water because of this,
please turn off the
power and wait for 3~5
minutes before turning
the power back on.
[3]The
water contains too much
chlorine or other gases.
It also hinders the
transmission of
ultrasonic energy. It is
necessary to wait 15~30
minutes for the gas
content to drop before
turn on the power. |

If heater be used,
turn off the vibration
switch first,
then, switch on the heater,
the orange heater
indicator is on. While
the water temperature is
as request, switch on
the ultrasonic vibration
for cleaning processing.

After
use, turn off
the power.
